Charlie Hospital Kendal was redesigned as a hospital with an integrated wellness centre. GHTA accompanied them from feasibility study, designing four service packages, to operational team training. The result: Charlie now serves patients not only in curative care but also prevention, geriatrics, recovery, and corporate wellness.
